Happy Birthday, Weston!!!

You did it, Buddy--you made it through your first year of life (it's a big one)! Weston has been such a riot to have in our family. These kids really do come to earth with their own little personalities! Owen had a little pig squeal he made when he was born. Weston had a deep voice right from the get go, and sounded a lot like a goat. In addition to his deep, gruff voice, he can project it like you've never heard. This kid is L-O-U-D (which makes church and going out to dinner very embarrassing), and has hands and feet bigger than Owen's (at 3 years old:) He loves keeping up with his big brother (and does a pretty good job).
Some of my favorite things about Weston are his open mouth kisses (something only a mother could love), and the bashful way he hides his head when someone is giving him too much attention. I'm also loving how much he understands lately. For the last few days when I ask him if he's ready for his nap, he heads for his bedroom and either shuts the door, or goes to try and turn the fan on for me. If we got this kid a ramp he could tuck himself in;)

Weston also has belly laugh that is the funniest thing you've ever heard. He's been doing it since he was 3 months old (serious), and it melts my heart every time.
